FFL Transfers

One of the best services we provide is a FFL Transfer of firearms. This is the legal paperwork that is need to transfer ownership of a firearm from one person or entity to another. Transfers start at just $30

How It Works

Purchase your FIrearm

Purchase your firearm just like you would any other item you purchase online. Add to Cart, Go to Checkout, then Place Order.

Select Your Receiving FFL

After checkout, the online firearms dealer will prompt you to select a FFL dealer to have your firearm shipped to. Simply select Vincent Armory LLC from the menu. If Vincent Armory does not appear in the selection, select "Choose my own dealer" and enter our information into the text box.

Notify Vincent Armory LLC

Notify Us that your firearm is on its way to us. The online retailer you purchased the firearm from will give you an order number, please send us your name, the online retailers name, this order number, the tracking number of your package, and your email or phone number to ffl@vincentarmoryllc.com or fill out the form below with this info.

The person the firearm is being transferred too

Unfortunately, a person cannot purchase a firearm as a gift for someone else. The person that will be the legal owner of the firearm must be present to complete the purchase.

Current Driver's License or Govt ID

By law, a FFL can only transfer a firearm to an individual who has a current (non-expired) photo ID. If your ID is missing or expired, you will have to get your ID up to date before you can complete the transfer of your firearm.

Current CPL, CCW or Purchase Permit

If you do currently have a CPL/CCW or a purchase permit to purchase a handgun, you will need to bring this with you as we will need to see it to complete your transfer paperwork.

Cash, Credit or Debit Card

Cash is always preferred but we do accept most major credit cards. Please do not bring personal or business checks or money orders to a ffl transfer.

What Do I Need?

Please note, that if you see your item has been delivered but have not received a text or email from Vincent Armory LLC that your item is ready for pick up then YOUR ITEM IS NOT READY FOR PICK UP. We will notify you as soon as your firearm or order is ready to be picked up.

Suppressors and NFA Items

Vincent Armory LLC does not sell or do transfers for the sale of suppressors or any other NFA items. To do the transfer of NFA items requires additional licensing that Vincent Armory LLC does not poses. Vincent Armory LLC reserves the right to turn away and refuse any NFA item for transfer. Vincent Armory LLC will also turn away and refuse any NFA item that arrives for gunsmithing without a work order on file and its corresponding paperwork.

How much does a FFL transfer Cost?

We offer FFL Transfers starting at the low cost of $30 for any single FFL item. Two item transfers are $25 each and anything over three items on a single transfer are only $20 each.
