I see my firearm has been delivered, can I come pick it up??Proof of delivery from the shipping companies or the suppliers is not an order fulfilled notification from Vincent Armory LLC. SO IF YOU HAVE NOT RECIEVED A PHONE CALL, TEXT MESSAGE OR EMAIL FROM US STATING THAT YOUR ORDER IS READY TO BE PICKED UP,THEN YOUR ORDER IS NOT READY TO BE PICKED UP! Just like you (our customers) have requirements and procedures to follow for purchases, we also have requirements and procedures that must be followed to ensure a safe and legal transfer of your product to you.

How do I pay for a FFL transfer?Cash is always preferred but we do also take most major credit cards and PayPal. Please do not bring personal checks or money orders for FFL transfers.

How Much do you charge for a FFL Transfer?For a single FFL transfer the cost is $30. The transfer of two items in the same transaction is $25 each. Anything three items or more in the same transaction is $20 each.

Can I have my Suppressor or other NFA item transferred through V.A.L?Unfortunately, Vincent Armory LLC does not have the correct licenses to do the transfer of suppressors or any other NFA items. Any suppressor or NFA item that shows up for a ffl transfer will have to be refused immediately.

Do you do complete firearm restorations?As a general rule, Vincent Armory LLC does not do complete frame off restorations.

Do you do general gunsmithing?Yes, we do also do general gunsmithing. Quick fix it parts swaps, single color cerakoting, cleaning, bore sighting and other such smaller jobs are often accepted right off the bat. Larger projects are taken on a job by job bases depending the amount of work your firearm needs and the amount of work orders already on the bench ahead of yours.

How long will it take to get my items back?Our current lead times for most projects are 4-12 weeks depending on the work order. However, some items may be completed quicker and others may be extended out to 15-20 weeks.

Do you sell other firearms or products other than your own?Yes, we do offer several products including sights, parts, magazines and the base firearms that we use to build our Vincent Armory firearms. We also have a used section on our site where you can find deals on used firearms and parts. Please note: Items that are used or not Vincent Armory branded are items that will dropship straight from our supplier. These items cannot or may not be subject to Vincent Armory LLC's shipping and return policies.

I purchased one of your custom firearms or custom parts, Why is it taking so long to ship?Each one of our custom firearms, frames or slides is just that... custom. Each one is built to order, then tuned to our spec and then goes through the quality control process. With the addition of shipping the whole project can take between 5 days and 20 weeks, depending on the work order and what projects are before it.

Does your Beginners Pistol course count as a CPL in Michigan?Absolutely not. Our pistol course merely a way for new shooters to gain a skill set to give them more confidence when shooting. It in no way qualifies anyone for a CPL of any sort.

How long do the courses take?We will go until the participant(s) are comfortable with their new skill, but most are happy with their progress after about an hour and thirty to an hour and forty minutes.

Do I need a CPL to take your training courses?No, our one on one training courses are designed specifically for new shooters looking to upgrade their skill set. The Beginners Pistol is the perfect course for new shooters looking to gain some experience before heading to qualify in a cpl class.

What is the class size in one of your shooting courses?All courses are designed to be one-on-one, however, we can take groups of up to three as long as it is prearranged with us before the course date. Please note that larger group sizes may result in longer training courses.

What should I bring to a shooting course?We cover everything needed to complete the shooting course regardless of which one it is. All we will need from you is your driver's license and weather appropriate clothing. Please Note: Open toe shoes and low cut tops are not encouraged on the shooting range.

Does Vincent Armory LLC offer a CPL course?Unfortunately, at this time Vincent Armory LLC does not offer any CPL or any type of tactical training courses.
